3 - The tools in Google Apps can be helpful when collaborating with members of my grade level team and entire department. Since so much is demanded of us, they can make each of us a bit more accessible.
4 - Students can use real-time sharing when working in small groups and preparing presentations for their classmates. Students have such busy schedules that this will be a good way to ensure their being able to work together with no excuses about being able to meet up. Google Forms can help me to touch base with both colleagues and students about future lessons.
